A buddy program is a highly developed program for companies and institutions.  This program is for helping fresher as well experienced candidates as they are new for the place and are bit hesitated and scared to communicate with others. adjustment to a new environment is always a challenge for both the organisation and the candidate . This buddy program is a unique way to create an environment for new joiners to adjust with the organisation.

Who basically is the buddy?

A buddy is from the working staff with some special capabilities that others don’t have. These qualities can be listed as following.

Communication skill – A buddy needs to be a good communicator as he has to communicate between new and old employee. He must understand requirements of the old employee and new employee.

Motivational in all – A buddy must be motivating in all aspects. Fresher’s make lots of mistakes in hesitation and hence will get scrolled by seniors too. At this time a buddy needs to be helpful and motivating. He must change all that seems to be wrong for the fresher into right.

Buddy has to be a role model. All that a buddy performs affects the fresher hence he need to be a role model and an all rounder. Person perfect and best in all fields can help a fresher in all aspects. Hence he has to be the best out of all.

The capabilities of a buddy have to be outstanding. If you’ll be hundred percent then only the fresher will follow you to be like you. Hence buddy is someone who is can be a role model for any one.

Buddy program is new still gets followed in a broader was as is a wonderful idea. Every fresher need someone who can help him out with basic company rules and the one who can tell what to do and what not to. The Buddy is the one who can help in solving the entire problem in a positive and helpful way.

A buddy program is a real beneficial program. This not only helps the fresher but also the buddy and the organization too.

A fresher gets one- on one assistance, for every issue he just have to contact only a single personal, he gets knowledge how everything works.

The Buddy also get recognition as a strong performer in the organization, this project enhances the communicational skills of the buddy.

A buddy program increases employee’s motivation, this also increases the communication between employees and fresher also it increases the quality of the work as the buddy has to be perfect in all aspects and will make the fresher perfect too. All these qualities increase the productivity of the organization.
