If the employees keep on getting absent regularly this affect the productivity of the company. Hence employers need to cut the absent count. There are many ways to have a check on this. Following are few steps that can help you out:-

Trail employees absents: – Keeping trail of absentees can help to analyze the effect on the productivity and losses of work due to absents. This will also help you to shunt down the nonworking staff and to replace them with working people.

Start some programs for wellness: – Wellness programs are very affective when it comes to change mine set of the employees. Hence conduct wellness programs and make it clear that the productivity is equivalent to the growth of company and the employee’s growth also depends to this productivity.

Help employees when they return to work: – Illness is not in hands of anyone but after a long illness when the employee returns back he/she needs to be helped out. Employees try to coop-up with the back lack hence need support.

Office stress: – Office stress also makes employees sick and ill at some point of time hence we need to reduce this stress. It can be reduced by adding some activity time to the daily schedule. There must be different activities for employees at end of the week.

Paid leaves /offs must be provided :- Employees feel exhausted during the daily work routines and hence need to take a break but the salary deduction does not allow them to do the same hence there should be some polices that provides paid leaves so that employees can enjoy vacations and come to work fresh and happy.

Treating employees as family and expecting family relations frm employees help to raise the productivity of any company. This needs attention on relations and behavior. Also those who are not willing to work can be shunt down through the analysis process.
