We all know Mr. JRD Tata as a great entrepreneur but not many of us know that he was a licensed pilot also and more over he was the first licensed pilot. When will talk about great entrepreneurs of India , JRD Tata is the name which comes by default in our mind.

JRD Tata was born in Paris but the position he got in India its unforgettable. He was not only a successful  businessman but a true leader too. Not everyone get the success as he tasted. He truly deserves “Bharat Ratna” .

·         If I have any merit, it is getting along with individuals, according to their ways and characteristics. At times it involves suppressing yourself. It is painful, but necessary. To be a leader you have got to lead human beings with affection.
