- Keep your notes with you and if is possible try to avoid them too.
- Make less use of your hands if you feel nervous, otherwise show your confidence by moving hands in a positive way.
- Test your ppt. before you start the presentation as there can be technical issues too with the system you are giving presentation on.
- It the presentation is in the form of a speech then follow these tips:
- A speech does not shift attention of listeners from you so stay well dressed.
- Make the presentation more communicative.
- Try to put some questions or any point to the audience.
- As a speech can’t show any image or picture hence you need to be explainable about what so ever you say. Audience must relate themselves with what you want to say.
- Add some hummer too. So that audience does not bore.
Sharing any information with others will be admired by all if whatever you want other to know and believe you too believe in that. So whatever you deliver make sure you agree with that. Also don’t forget to summarize important points at the end of the presentation.
